Hi and welcome to Nursing Research! I received my BSN from Baptist College of Health Science in Memphis, TN and a MSN with a concentration in nursing education from Union University in Germantown, TN. My professional interests include: research, geriatrics,  education, and educational technology.

 Nursing Research is a topic of vital importance to the profession of nursing. Clearly research has shown improved patient outcomes with the use of evidence based practice. However, nursing has yet to embrace this area of study. With the dissemination of research finding into practice, both society and nursing will prosper. This page serves as an informative guide to both the history of evidence based practice and continuing dissemination of research findings.
